When ordering a copy of Slickpix magazine and Slickpix (magazine subscriptions) offered by Slickpix, only the following terms and conditions of business, delivery and payment shall apply in the version valid at the time the order is placed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

1. contractual partners, customer service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The contractual partner for all orders on update.slickpix.de is Slickpix (hereinafter referred to as the “Publisher”). You can reach the central customer service at <\/p>\n\n

2. subscription orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Conclusion of contract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In the case of subscriptions, the contract is generally concluded upon receipt of the written subscription confirmation. The electronic confirmation displayed in the online store after completion of the order is not yet an acceptance, but only informs about the receipt of the order in the publisher’s system. The contract begins with the next available issue. <\/p>\n\n

If the publisher is unable to fulfill an order or rejects the order, the customer will be informed immediately. There is no entitlement to the conclusion of a contract. <\/p>\n\n

Payment, price increases for subscriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In the case of subscriptions, the customer is obliged to pay in advance for the term stated in each case. All prices include VAT and other price components. Only the payment methods offered in the context of the order are accepted. <\/p>\n\n

In the case of subscriptions, the publisher is entitled to increase the price appropriately after the expiry of a minimum term. It must inform the customer of this with a reasonable period of notice and expressly give the customer the opportunity to object and terminate the contract. In the event of an objection, the publisher is entitled to terminate the subscription for good cause. <\/p>\n\n

Delivery\/provision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Delivery takes place in Germany and abroad. Dispatch takes place on the publication date of the next available issue. The publication dates of the magazine can be found in the media data. Shipping is at the customer’s own risk. <\/p>\n\n

In the event of delivery disruptions due to force majeure (including strikes and lockouts), the performance obligations of the customer and the publisher shall be suspended for the duration of the delivery disruption.<\/p>\n\n

Reservation of title\/rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Ordered goods remain the property of the publisher until the agreed remuneration has been paid in full.<\/p>\n\n

Start, subscription period and termination of the subscription<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Subscriptions generally begin with the next available issue, unless a later date was specified when the order was placed. The contract is initially valid for the minimum term described in the offer for the order. Cancellation within the agreed minimum subscription period is not possible. The notice period at the end of the minimum subscription period is specified in the offer on which the order is based. After expiry of the minimum subscription period, the contract is extended by a further year in each case if it is not terminated 6 weeks before expiry of the minimum subscription period or before expiry of the annual period. The annual gift subscription ends automatically after one year. <\/p>\n\n

3. revocation instruction<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.<\/p>\n\n

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).<\/p>\n\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n\n

Consequences of revocation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. <\/p>\n\n

We pick up the goods.<\/p>\n\n

We shall bear the costs of returning (collecting) the goods.<\/p>\n\n

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to an extent that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods with you.<\/p>\n\n

4 Warranty \/ Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The contents of the subscribed magazines are created in Germany and for German-speaking customers. The publisher is therefore liable for the admissibility of the content in accordance with German law. If the delivered goods are defective, the statutory warranty provisions shall apply. Otherwise, the publisher shall be liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. <\/p>\n\n

5. subcontractor<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The publisher is entitled to entrust third parties with the provision of the agreed services in whole or in part at any time.<\/p>\n\n

6. amendment of the GTC<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The publisher is entitled to amend these GTC at any time with effect for the future. The current GTC of the publisher deposited with the order shall apply. Status: 03\/2016. <\/p>\n\n

7 Applicable law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n
